Above & Below; Favory Pallavacina I MERLIN at just 3.5 months
of age.
By 226 Favory Naussica (Imp France) & from Pluto
XXII-23 (Imp)
- Merlin is growing into everything we had
hoped. A truly stunning individual with an extra
extraordinary temperament, gentle & kind. His
movement is amazing, allot of air time &
strength. This boy really launches himself up
into his movement. Merlin will join us in June
2008 after being weaned. He is currently very
tall next to his 15.2 hh dam! An looks set to be
snow white at a very early age. See new
photos of Merlin on the Stallion Page

Above - Favory Pallavicina I (Merlin) at 3.5
months of age
.
- Favory Saturn I (Below at 4 months)
has now been weaned.
His sensible nature is simply amazing. He took
it all in his stride. Earl will now begin his
basic training, such as leading, tying up, float
loading etc & we envisage taking both Earl &
Merlin out to their first show towards the end
of 2008.

.

- Above - Annwn Park Arwen Arwen was
our first born in February 2004. By the lovely
Andalusian stallion, Felido I (dec) & from 105
Gigi. Arwen has recently been backed by her
adoring owner, Alex. She is a lovely young mare
with a very bright future. Alex has even noted
how Arwen will let her Rub her belly when she
is rolling about in the grass.
.
- Below Favory Gigi II at 15 months of age,
February 2008. Shadow
is growing into a stunning boy. He is very tall
& at this stage we estimate he will mature well
towards 15.2hh. Shadow is currently offered
for sale & further details about this lovely boy
along with recent photos, can be viewed on the
For Sale Page.
- Annwn Park Anara
has now moved onto her new home. Due to the EI,
Anara remained with us until just recently. We
know how much Liz had been waiting for that
moment & she is over the moon with her stunning
Lipizzaner sport-horse filly.
Changes - We have just updated the Stallion Page
photos along with new recent photos on the Mares
page of 249 Sava
OCTOBER 2007 JANUARY 2008

We
hope everyone had a very safe & Happy Christmas
& New Year.
- We are hoping to be expecting 3 Quality
Purebred Lipizzaner foals next season. All sired
by 100 Favory Neapolitano I & from 114
Bonita, 105 Gigi & 79 Saturn
- A new Purebred colt for Annwn Park! We are
very proud & excited to introduce Favory
Pallavacinia I MERLIN Born November 27th
2007 By 226 Favory Naussica (Imp France) & from
the stunning 15.2hh Hungarian mare Pluto XXII-23
(Imp). Bred by The Fulmer Rise Stud,
www.maestrofavorynaussica.com Merlin is a
fist generation imp colt. The purchase of him
sees a much awaited dream come to realisation &
we are very fortunate to have had the
opportunity to buy him, he is the first colt for
his dam & the first foal offered for sale from
this mare & this mating. He represents for us
the new blood our breeding program needs in
order to continue into the future. Further
information & photos of Merlin can be viewed
on the Stallions page.
- Favory Saturn I (Below at 7 weeks)
is developing into a
superlative example of the Lipizzaner breed. He
is very strongly built with absolutely amazing
movement. No surprise as his breeding dictates
this. Earl is also quite a tall colt, looking
some what out of place as he stands next to his
14.2hh dam. He looks more 7 months then 7 weeks
(photos below). Updated photos of this super
colt can be viewed on the Stallions page.
- Below Annwn Park Anara, showing off her
Lipizzaner heritage & demonstrating a lovely
piaffe to her two half sisters. Her owner, Liz,
is very proud of her & is constantly being told
how lucky she is to have such a wonderful filly
(we like to think so as well)

- Below is a wonderful email we had from the
owners of Annwn Park Aurora (in WA). This makes
us very proud & fortunate to be breeding such
wonderful horses. Not only that, being fortunate
enough to team our youngsters up with the
correct homes.
>>Hi Simmone,
We had our clinic with Uwe
Spenlen last Thursday/Friday. Rori was superb. I
am so glad that my other horse went lame
(although he's fine now), as this was the best
opportunity for both of us. To be "started" by
an international judge and coach who specializes
in young horses was so fantastic.
Up until then, I'd only been on
her back for around 10 minutes a day (and not
every day) and only done a few steps of trot. I
told him what we'd done and also that I was
thinking of giving her another 6 months to grow
and mature. He said "We shall see". I had my
lunging gear with me, but he wanted me to mount
up, and I rode the whole lesson. On the first
day, we took Will's horse Aramis into the indoor
arena with us. He just stood and watched.
But on the 2nd day, I just led
her in. Uwe was standing at the doorway
watching. I told him that at any moment I
expected her to get upset, but as she didn't, I
just kept walking and went in. He shut the
sliding door and off we went.Uwe was impressed. Aramis
was neighing his head off outside, but Rori
settled quickly. We walked, trotted and cantered
both days. By the 2nd day, her transitions were
so smooth.(Halt to walk to trot to walk to
halt.)
Uwe said that she is a wonderful
young horse with a nice topline and that she
learns very quickly.
He gave a talk on Thursday night on training
young horses. He stresses to take things very
slowly and the importance of keeping their head
forward and down. (Lots of very technical
back-up on biomechanics, bones and muscle and
the horses back as well.)
Anyway, he hopes to be back
March/April next year. As far as the 6 months
off are concerned, he laughed. He suggested 3
days a week work.
I am soooooo proud of her and
feel so totally privileged and grateful to own
her. Will videoed both sessions and I watched
them last night. She is a spectacular looking
horse.
So, thanks Simmone for breeding
her and selling her to us. We are truly
grateful.
Bye for now

CHANGES! we have just updated the Happy Snaps
Page with very current & labeled photos of
progeny by 100 Favory Neapolitano I as well as
horses we have bred.
There are also new photos on the mares page of
Sagana & Sava as well as updates on the Stallion
page & For Sale page.
AUGUST 2007 OCTOBER 2007
Our much awaited Purebred Lipizzaner from 79 Saturn & sired by
100 Favory Neapolitano I
Favory
SATURN I.
100 Favory Neapolitano I x 79 Saturn
Born October 12th 2007.
Finally Saturns first Purebred Lipizzaner foal
has arrived! And its a stunning Purebred
Lipizzaner colt.
Earl is a very big boy, tall with allot of
bone. Which is quite typical of both Saturn &
Freds offspring.
Earl is a stunning mix of these lines. We
already know that the Siglavy (through Saturns
dam line) crosss so very well with 100 Favory
Neapolitano I. So we were not surprised at the
absolute quality of this boy. He is of very rare
& unique breeding, as Saturn is Australias ONLY
Empire line mare plus the only Purebred by the
now Dec Australian Dressage Champion,Pluto Nima
XII. Empire line bred mares are quite hard to
come by through out the world. We are fortunate
to have her.
You can see more photos of Earl on the
Stallions Page

HAPPY BIRTHDAY
We have 2 birthdays to celebrate this month. 100
Favory Neapolitano I (Fred) turned 21 years of
age on October 12th 2007 (the same
day of the birth of his son, Favory Saturn I).
Along with Annwn Park Aurora, who was also born
on October 12th (2004). She was 3
years old.
100 Favory Neapolitano I.
On the Left: A proud 21 years of age!!!
On the Right at 7 years of age.
Annwn Park Aurora at
3 years of age. A Lipizzaner x Andalusian filly
from 114 Bonita.
From her devoted owner.
I've
become totally devoted to Dressage over the
past year, and am a member of Southern Districts
Dressage Club. I've been to many clinics with my
thoroughbred "Charlie" and learnt heaps. So,
Rori will be my next Super-Star. Rori loves
showing off. I think she'd love dressage and
definately has the "X" factor. We just love Rori Simmone, and if we were in the market for another
baby, we wouldn't hesitate to get one from you.
Bye for now,
Lesley Taylor :-)
Below is the ever beautiful Annwn Park Anara,
Photos taken October 2007 at 10 months of age. A
true Sport-horse type. She is the style that
we can expect to produce from 100 Favory
Neapolitano I to T Bred/AWHA mares & will be
looking to continue in the future at some point
with his son Favory Saturn I who was bred from
proven dressage lines . Fluffy as she is
known, will be heading off to her new home as
soon as the EI movement ban is lifted. Her
owner, Liz, is itching to have her filly at home
with her. We can understand why. She is a super
talented girl, with a beautiful people loving
nature.

" Hey,
just back from taking the pics. Favory is
enourmously muscled. Favory looks to me
like he was already
strong
enough to carry a person without any harm
for him . But this is still some 2 years
down the
road. Are they always so muscular?
We call Favory Nofretete as well, like the
Egyptian queen? This is due to his long,
elegant neck -just like hers- and his
kohl-framed eyes -just like hers - and both
are stunning beauties! Ull"
- You will see that we have added new
photos. In particular we have updated the Happy
Snaps page. Where we now feature photos of
progeny sired by 100 Favory Neapolitano I.
-
We are hoping to be expecting 3 - 4 Purebred
Lipizzaner foals next season
- It is planned that 237 Sagana will be in foal
to 226 Favory Naussica for a foal in 2008. We
expect this foal will be a super performance mix
of 237 Sagana & Maestro. The resulting foal
will be for sale
-
114 Bonita will be expecting in mid July 2008.
Fingers crossed for a filly from this grand old
mare. A colt foal will be available for
purchase, however a filly will be retained.
-
79 Saturn - It was hoped that she would be
placed in foal to 226 Favory Naussica, however,
due to the current EI situation this will be on
hold until next season & she will be re bred to
100 Favory Neapolitano I. A cross which we
already know works beautifully ( as seen with
Favory Saturn I).
- 105 Gigi is expecting a foal in September 2008
- It was also planned that 237 Sagana would
be placed in foal to 226 Favory Naussica for
a foal in 2008. At this stage we this may
still be possible & we expect any
resulting foal to be a super performance mix
of 237 Sagana & Maestro. The resulting
foal will be for sale
