Classic baroque style mare of Hungarian & Piber breeding. Of a rare near extinct mare line. Powerful movement excellent  conformation & a superlative temperament .

Lilli is a classical baroque looking Lipizzaner mare. She has beautiful expressive movement, correct conformation & an absolutely lovely temperament. The front on the mare is amazing. An exceptional neck rising high from excellent shoulders meeting her head in a clean open throat latch. Her head is classic & ‘dry’ with big liquid eyes. Her body is short, powerful & deep with an excellent hindquarter & correct strong legs.

It is planned that she will be to  257 Favory Pallavicina in December 20102011 breeding season. We are hoping to breed some fillies to carry on her lines.

Lilli is one of the very few mares of the now deceased 4 sz Mezohegyesi Mare Line (meaning ‘the fourth from Mezohegyes Stud’, a large old Stud situated in Hungary & no longer breeding Lipizzaners). This mare line has died out & Australasia is perhaps the only palce that has examples of it that survive. It is a great opportunity to preserve this mare line.
